1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ChatBridge, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

ChatBridge provides a messaging bridge service that enables AI coding agents to send messages to developers via WhatsApp and SMS, and receive responses.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate email and phone information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key
  • One account per person or organization
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use ChatBridge for:

  • Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
  • Harassment, abuse, or threats
  • Illegal activities or content
  • Impersonation or fraud
  • Circumventing usage limits or billing
  • Sending messages to numbers you don't own or have permission to contact

5. Message Limits and Billing

  • Message limits are based on your subscription tier
  • Limits reset at the start of each billing period
  • Unused messages do not roll over
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

6. API Key Security

  • Your API key provides full access to your account's messaging quota
  • Do not share your API key publicly
  • Regenerate your key immediately if compromised
  • You are responsible for all activity under your API key

7. Service Availability

We offer a 99% uptime SLA for our core messaging services. We aim to perform maintenance in a non-disruptive manner during low-traffic periods. Message delivery depends on third-party providers (WhatsApp, SMS carriers) which are outside our direct control.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Engage in abusive behavior
  • Have unpaid balances

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the account page.

9. Limitation of Liability

ChatBridge is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Message delivery failures
  • Service interruptions
  • Third-party service issues
  • Indirect or consequential damages

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. ChatBridge.net is operated by Packetpipe Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
